The most cited traditional "remedy" is simply matching — a manglik with a manglik, or with a chart carrying balancing placements. That costs nothing. It was always meant to.
The customary layer
Practices like kumbh vivah (a symbolic first marriage to a pot or idol) are late customary additions, observed in some communities and unknown in others. Devotional observances — Hanuman worship on Tuesdays, fasting, mantra — are traditional in the sense that people have long done them, and they cost between nothing and very little. If they bring a family peace of mind, they are harmless and their own reward. What they are not is a classical requirement for marriage.
The commercial layer
Red coral prescribed by websites, "urgent" dosha-nivaran pujas quoted in tens of thousands, remedies sold before a chart has been properly graded — this layer exists because fear converts. A gemstone alters a chart in no classical text; it alters an invoice. The tell is always sequence: an honest reader grades the dosha before mentioning any observance, and prices nothing on fear. A seller reverses the order.
What to do instead
Get the chart properly computed — a real birth time kills many manglik verdicts on its own. Grade the placement, check Jupiter's aspects, read the partner's chart for balance.
