Step 1 — The chart is real
Your birth details produce a sidereal chart computed with a genuine astronomical ephemeris using the Lahiri ayanamsa — the same reference standard used by India's national calendar. Lagna, moon nakshatra and pada, all nine grahas, house placements: calculated, never estimated from a sun-sign table. Our free tools run this computation in your own browser, which is why they work without sending your details anywhere.
Step 2 — What we read, by question
Career questions are read from the 10th house and its lord, the D10 (dashamsha) divisional chart, the running Vimshottari dasha, and the transits of Saturn and Jupiter. Marriage and compatibility use the classical 36-guna ashtakoota tables with the cancellation rules applied and shown — never hidden. Foreign settlement reads the 12th house and dasha timing; wealth reads the 2nd and 11th. Where classical traditions differ on a scoring detail, we score the widely accepted middle path and say so.
Step 3 — AI drafts, and we say so
An AI drafts the first reading, grounded in the computed chart — it is never permitted to invent planetary positions, and its job is speed and structure, not authority. Every product page tells you plainly which tier is AI-only and which is human-verified. We believe we are more honest about this division of labour than any competitor, because most either hide the AI or hide that there is no human.
Step 4 — Verification by a practising pandit
On paid verified tiers, a practising astrologer reviews the draft against the chart, corrects it where needed, and signs off before it reaches you. Reviewer profiles are being published on our About page as each pandit consents to appear publicly; every verified report names its reviewer in the document itself.
What astrology cannot do — our written limits
No chart contains an employer's name, a wedding date, a visa decision or a diagnosis. Jyotisha, honestly practised, maps seasons and leanings — favourable windows, temperamental fits, periods for caution or boldness. We will never state an outcome as certain, never use fear to sell, and never prescribe purchases as remedies. Readings are guidance for your own decisions; they are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical or immigration advice.
Editorial policy
Articles carry their published and updated dates in schema. Claims about classical rules refer to the standard texts of the tradition — Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra for house and dasha principles, the classical ashtakoota tables for matching. When we publish original data work, such as our 11,664-combination matching study, we state the method and invite reproduction and citation. Errors, when found, are corrected in place and the change dated. We accept no payment for links, reviews or placements.
Your data
Birth details are used to compute your chart and answer your questions — nothing else. They are never sold, and you can request deletion at any time via the privacy policy. Free in-browser tools do not transmit your details at all unless you choose to request an emailed reading.
