Your birth details are intimate. Here is exactly what we collect, why, who touches it, and the one promise above all: we never sell your data.

Your Pujari ("we", "us") operates yourpujari.com from the United Arab Emirates. We provide Vedic astrology readings, reports, consultations and free chart tools. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
We collect only what the service needs. When you request a reading or use our forms, that means: your name, date, time and place of birth (including the geographic coordinates and time zone of that place, so the chart can be computed correctly), your email address, your WhatsApp number, and the question you ask. For kundli matching, the same details for both people, by submitting another person's details you confirm you have their permission. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested. We use your IP-derived approximate location for one thing: showing prices in your likely currency.
The free kundli and kundli matching tools compute charts on your own device. The birth details you type there are not sent to us unless you choose to request the full emailed reading, at that point, the details travel to us with your request. One exception worth naming: when you type in the place-of-birth box, the text you type is sent to the Open-Meteo geocoding service to suggest matching places; it is not tied to your name or chart.
We use your details to compute your chart, prepare and deliver your readings by email, respond to you (including on WhatsApp, where you've given a number), maintain a record of your enquiries so we don't ask you the same questions twice, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and occasionally tell you about our own new readings or offers. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and "stop" on WhatsApp always works. We never send your data to anyone for their marketing.
Our readings are drafted with the help of artificial intelligence and, on verified tiers, reviewed by a practising pandit. This means your birth details and question may be processed by the AI providers we use, strictly to prepare your reading. We choose reputable providers and share only what the reading requires.
A small, boring list, each for one job: Gumroad processes payments as merchant of record, your card details go to Gumroad, never to us. Microsoft 365 and our email tooling deliver and store our correspondence with you. Open-Meteo receives place-search text as described above. An IP-geolocation lookup estimates your country for currency display. Our hosting provider stores the Site and our lead records on secured servers. Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
We keep it light: the Site uses your browser's local storage to remember practical preferences (such as your chosen currency). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
We keep your enquiry and reading records while you remain interested in our services, so returning to us stays effortless. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove your personal details from our active records promptly, keeping only what payment regulations or legitimate legal grounds require us to retain.
Write to [email protected] at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, opt out of marketing, or have it deleted. We honour these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and will respond within a reasonable time, usually days, not weeks.
Lead records are stored outside the public web root on secured hosting, transferred over encrypted connections, and accessible only to us. No system on the internet can promise absolute security, but we treat your birth details with the care intimate information deserves, and we collect little enough that there is not much to lose.
Our Services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has submitted details, tell us and we will delete them.
We operate from the UAE and serve people across India, the Gulf, and the wider diaspora; the providers named above may process data in other countries. Wherever your data travels for these purposes, this policy travels with it.
If we change this policy, the "Effective" date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted on the Site. We will never quietly weaken the promises made here, in particular, "we never sell your data" is permanent.
