Plain-English terms for using Your Pujari. Please read them. They're short by legal standards, and we mean what they say.

Your Pujari ("Your Pujari", "we", "us") is an online Vedic guidance service operated from the United Arab Emirates and available at yourpujari.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, our free tools, or purchasing any reading, report, consultation or membership (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you submit another person's birth details, for example, for kundli matching. You confirm you have their permission to do so.
Your Pujari provides readings, reports and consultations based on Vedic astrology. Charts are computed from your birth details using genuine astronomical calculation. Readings are drafted with the assistance of artificial intelligence and, on our paid verified tiers, reviewed by a practising pandit. We tell you plainly which is which.
Astrology is a traditional interpretive practice. Our Services are offered for insight, reflection, cultural and spiritual guidance only. They are not predictions of fact, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Specifically, the Services are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or immigration advice, and must not be relied upon as such. For any such matter, consult a qualified professional. Any decision you make after using our Services is yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for it.
We commit to reading charts honestly: we do not fabricate doom, we do not use fear to sell, and we do not sell gemstones or similar remedies. If a traditional observance is genuinely relevant to your chart, we may mention it, always optional, always transparently priced.
Our free tools (such as the free kundli, kundli matching and free readings by email) are provided as-is, without charge and without warranty. Free tool results are computed in your browser; details you submit to receive an emailed reading are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may change, limit or withdraw free features at any time.
Paid products are sold and payment is processed through Gumroad, Inc., acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy, and your card or payment details are handled by Gumroad. We never see them. Prices are set in US dollars; where we display an approximate amount in your local currency, it is an indicative conversion only, and the charged amount is the USD price as converted by your payment provider.
For memberships and subscriptions, billing recurs until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Gumroad; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the paid period.
We would rather keep your trust than your money. If a paid, pandit-verified answer or report does not genuinely address the question you asked, tell us at [email protected] within 7 days of your payment and we will first offer to redo the work. If a redo does not resolve it, we will refund you.
A few practical points, so there are no surprises: refund requests made more than 7 days after payment are not eligible. Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad to your original payment method, and the refunded amount is the amount we actually received for your purchase. That is, net of payment-processing and platform fees and any third-party costs already incurred in delivering the service. Where a consultation has already been fully delivered as scheduled, or a report has been delivered and the concern is with the astrological outcome rather than whether your question was addressed, a refund is at our reasonable discretion. Subscription payments for a period already used are not refundable after the 7-day window, though cancellation always stops future billing.
Live consultations are scheduled by mutual arrangement across time zones. If you need to reschedule, tell us at least 12 hours before the appointment and we will happily rebook. If you miss a scheduled consultation without notice, we may treat it as delivered, though we will always try to be reasonable, life happens.
Chart accuracy depends on the birth details you provide. Please give the most accurate date, time and place of birth you can; we are not responsible for readings affected by inaccurate details. You agree to use the Services lawfully, not to abuse, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer them, not to use our free tools or readings to harass or defame any person, and not to submit another person's data without their permission.
The Site, its design, text, tools and imagery belong to Your Pujari. Readings, reports and score cards we prepare for you are for your personal, non-commercial use, share them with family and friends freely, but please do not republish them commercially or strip them of attribution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: the Services are provided "as is" and "as available"; we make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free; and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on astrological guidance. Our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are a young service and will evolve. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms. For any material change to refund or billing terms, the terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If something is wrong, please talk to us first, almost everything can be resolved with an honest conversation: [email protected].
